The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” Coaching is about stability and growth not dysfunction and healing. Training

Laurie and Billy are certified teachers and trainers.  They have a heart for education and fostering learning.  Don't expect to sit in their courses and just listen!  The Drums are highly interactive, motivating, and dynamic in their teaching styles.  They are atuned to the learning styles and special needs of their students, and always seek to meet learners where they are and move them forward in personal growth and development.  Adult learners will have an exciting experience in any course they decide to embark upon!
